Can I be honest with you? I'm over personal development.
In this episode, I'm doing an experiment, in favor of vulnerability, and sharing something I wouldn't normally share, which is, I'm so done with the personal development industry.
I'm tired of gurus preaching toxic positivity, and 5AM morning routines, and hustle mentality. Personal development has become really impersonal and doesn't match up with human evolution.
